The Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb) invites you to a roundtable event themed ‘AfCFTA AND NON STATE PARTIES: IMPLICATIONS FOR TRADE AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION” in collaboration with the National Action Committee for African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA), The Nigerian Chambers of Commerce Dispute Resolution Centre (NCCDRC).
The roundtable will largely focus on the Dispute Resolution Mechanism involving Non- State Parties and the domestication of AfCFTA in Nigeria amongst others.
