This is a call for submission of paper(s) to be considered for publication in the forthcoming issue of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators\u2019 Journal of Arbitration, due for publication on 4th November, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Institute welcomes contributions on Arbitration or\/and other forms of ADR\u2019s such as Negotiation, Mediation, Conciliation and so on. The Journal of Arbitration of The Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, is devoted to discussions on issues relating to Arbitration and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism towards promoting the effective practice of these different forms of ADR\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Journal seeks to expressly solicit and publish a diversity of presentations, scrutiny and discussions of research and valuable information to the arbitration and ADR community. It also promotes the effective practice of these different forms of ADR\u2019s both nationally and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Guidelines for Contributors:
\u2022 Articles must be in the \u2018Oxford Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities\u2019 OSCOLA footnote referencing style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Articles must be well-researched, original as much as possible, devoid of plagiarism and deals with contemporary issues in Arbitration and other forms of ADR\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Articles should be 2,500-10,000 words long, although submissions may be considered if they are below or above this word length.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Contributors are to provide a short abstract of the paper of not more than 300 words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Articles will be peer-reviewed for accuracy and relevance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Contributors are implored to thoroughly proof-read their article before submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Submissions should be sent via email to the undersigned, preferably in MS word document. The deadline for submission is 22nd October, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
