State-run engineering and consultancy firm Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd (TCIL) have\u00a0signed a strategic partnership with Chandigarh-based Jupitice Justice Technologies to promote the digital Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both TCIL and Jupitice signed the memorandum of understanding (MOU), which will also help the Public Sector Undertakings (PSU) and other institutions look for digital and Alternate Dispute Resolution mechanisms, which are cost-effective and faster compared to traditional courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This platform is expected to facilitate simple grievance redressal to mediation, conciliation, and arbitration for resolving domestic and cross-border disputes to state-owned companies and private parties to resolve their disputes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
