An entourage of NICArb members, led by Mr. Hamza Haladu MCArb, Chairman of the Kano Branch, paid a visit to Chief Justice Dije Aboki, the Chief Judge of Kano State<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">In attendance were the NICArb Kano State Branch Executives which were received by the Chief Justice Dije Aboki and the Chief Judge of Kano State and The Chief Registrar, Kano State High Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">As part of the efforts to promote some of the Core visions of the\u00a0 Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb) which\u00a0 is to promote the use of Arbitration and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in our society, as well as formulation of templates and creation of awareness of the role, practice\u00a0 and enforcement of Arbitration and alternative dispute resolutions, the NICArb Kano Branch Chairman, Mr. Hamza Haladu MCArb and Members of the\u00a0 Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb) paid a courtesy visit to the Chief Justice Dije Aboki, the Chief Judge of Kano State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">In order to foster a friendly working relationship with them through their different offices and institutions, it was decided that the Institute should pay a courtesy visit to Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice. This kind of visit, though, can call for the gift-giving of things like calendars, journals, Annual Report, and Investiture Brochure, among other things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The Visit was very interactive as all parties exchanged various ideas tend towards a more collaborative relationship.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On March 13, 2024.
