This Webinar will explore the Enforcement of Domestic Arbitral Award which is a topical issue. As we all know, Arbitration is a private means of resolving dispute, simply because parties choose to avoid as much as possible the delays in litigation. Enforcement means giving an award the same effect as a court judgement, which then serves as the official basis of further execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of this Webinar is for a party seeking to enforce an arbitral award to get first-hand experience from Legal Professionals both from the Bar and the Bench to chart the strategy that will aid swift enforcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
