
The 54th NIESV Annual Conference was held in Benin City, from 15th to 20th April 2024 with the theme “Nigeria’s Trillion Dollar GDP Dream: Harnessing the Wealth of our Land.”
The Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators was invited to deliver a paper on the topic – “Exploring the Nexus: Arbitration and ADR as a Vital Path to Sustainable Wealth Creation and GDP Growth in a Volatile Economy”. My Lord, Honourable Justice Mary E. Itsueli, who was among the Guest Speakers, represented NICARB and delivered a well-researched paper on the topic assigned NICARB – Exploring the Nexus: Arbitration and ADR as a Vital Path to Sustainable Wealth Creation and GDP Growth in a Volatile Economy” on the 18th of April, 2024.
The paper emphasized the role of Arbitration and ADR as effective dispute-resolution mechanisms in a fast-growing economy.
