The ongoing effort by the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators to get young professionals and undergraduates to embrace Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) at the early stage of their career is yielding a lot of positive results. This training took place on the 5th -7th March 2020 at the College of Law, Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti with an address by the Acting Vice Chancellor, Professor Smaranda Olarinde, FCArb.
